LW- 88 Kettlebell, 145 Stone, 150 Keg, 220 Log;

(75 second time limit)

(2) Sand Bag Carry/Wheel Barrow Push:

(Carry each bag 50 feet, load into wheelbarrow, push loaded wheelbarrow 100 feet-75 second time limit.)

In consideration of your acceptance of this entry, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, and my assignees, waive and release all rights and damages I may have against _Holistic Performance_, North American Strongman, Inc, American Strongman Corp. Willie or Dione Wessels, Matt Stiefel, any and all sponsors of the event, their representatives and assigns, for any and all injuries incurred by me in conjunction with these championships and in traveling to and from the event. And in further consideration of permission being granted to me to participate in North County Strongman, 2009 and its related events, I hereby grant NAS INC., and/or any other approved video or entertainment organization and all of their agents, successors, licensees and assigns, the right to photograph or otherwise reproduce (whether by film, tape, still photography or otherwise) my voice, appearance and name, and to exhibit, distribute, transmit, and/or otherwise exploit any and all media, including without limitation, by means of still photography, motion pictures, radio, television, television motion pictures, video, printing or any other medium now known or hereafter devised, including with respect also to any merchandising, advertising and/or publicity, and the right to use my name and information about me in any connection with any of the foregoing. The rights granted by me hereunder are granted for the entire universe and shall endure in perpetuity and no further compensation shall be payable to me at anytime in connection therewith. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to obligate NAS INC., and/or any other approved video or entertainment organization, to photograph or otherwise reproduce my voice, appearance or name, or to make use of any rights granted herein. NORTH COUNTY'S STRONGEST MAN 2009 INFORMATION

SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION

Dear Prospective Sponsor,

I would like to request your participation as a sponsor for the North County Strongman Competition, 2009, to be held on Saturday July 11, 2009, at Holistic Performance in San Marcos, California. The competition will have America’s Strongest Men and Women from all over the country.

The goal of this competition is to provide an exciting event that reaches fans of all ages from your fitness enthusiasts to your blue-collar workers. This is when our athletes showcase their special talents as well as being involved in an enjoyable event that encourages a healthy lifestyle. The athletes will participate in a series of competitions that require physical strength, power, and stamina. Individual athletes will be competing against each other for the chance to become North County’s Strongest Man and it is sure to be an exciting and enjoyable event for all involved.

The North County Strongman Competition, 2009 committee is currently soliciting monetary and/or product donations to support this year’s event. These donations will help fund the event and will provide awards for the athletes.

How will this event benefit you as a sponsor?

As a sponsor of this event, you will have a great opportunity to build a relationship with the athletes and in the local community. Sponsors have the potential to place their logo on the event clothing worn by the athletes, get additional advertisement with local media, and even have a table set up to distribute advertising or promotional material as well as to sell merchandise on the day of the competition.
